2020 Lovedale Long Lunch will not go ahead as the crisis of COVID-19 takes effect.
It is with great disappointment that the Executive Committee of the Lovedale Long Lunch must advise that the 2020 Lovedale Long Lunch will not go ahead as the unprecedented crisis of COVID-19 takes effect.
The Committee has confirmed that anyone who holds a ticket for the Lovedale Long Lunch 2020 that it WILL be valid for the Lovedale Long Lunch in 2021.
The loyalty of the ‘Long Lunchers’ is truly inspiring and thoroughly appreciated by the organisers and venues.
Lovedale Long Lunch is an iconic event which has been going for 26 years and LLL2020 was to be the 27th! Such amazing longevity can only be achieved with the amazing support of people who simply wouldn’t miss attending the Lovedale Long Lunch with many of the attendees coming year after year.
For any ticket holder wishing to arrange a refund, the best way is through your LLL member’s area dashboard. All you will have to do is go to the website and log onto your secure members' area using your email address and password.

Group Ticket Purchasers
Should your ticket have been purchased as part of a group the purchaser of that ticket will need to contact the ticketing agent to arrange your refund.
Third-Party Purchasers (such Bus Companies)
If you booked your LLL ticket through a third-party, please contact them directly to organise your refund or to have your ticket validated for 2021.
We are unable to process refunds or validations for bookings bought through a third-party website or supplier.
NOTE: All refund requests must be received by 10 am on the 16th May 2020.
