2008 Lovedale Long Lunch Group Bookings
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Due to the limited amount of space at all participating wineries all coaches
and buses seating more than 12 passengers must be pre-booked and
pre-paid.
2. Coaches and buses seating more than 12 passengers without a booking will
not be admitted.
3. All booked coaches and buses must clearly display a Lovedale Long Lunch
admission pass in front of the vehicle.
4. All group bookings must be paid for by Friday 2nd May, 2008. Bookings
received or processed after this date will attract a $50 late processing fee.
5. No refunds for cancellations will be given after Friday 2nd May, 2008.
6. Minimum group purchase will be a commemorative Lovedale Long Lunch
tasting glass ($5) one meal ticket ($20) & one dessert ($8)-totalling $33 p/p.
7. Lovedale Long Lunch glasses can be collected prior to the day or your
group can collect them from your first stop.
8. Each meal ticket ($20) entitles the holder to one plate of gourmet cuisine
as listed in this brochure and includes a complimentary glass of wine or
soft drink. These tickets are not for use with dessert or cheese.
The Lovedale Long Lunch orange group meal tickets may be
used at any participating winery but there is no guarantee of
the availability of any particular dish. If any particular dish is not
available on the day, the cost of the ticket may be refunded.
9. Each dessert/cheese ticket ($8) entitles the holder to one plate of dessert
or cheese listed in the brochure. This does NOT include a
complimentary glass of wine. The Lovedale Long Lunch orange
group dessert tickets may be used at any participating winery
but there is no guarantee of the availability of any particular
dish. If any particular dish is not available on the day the cost of the ticket
will be refunded.
10. Extra transferable meal and dessert tickets are available by pre-purchase
only before Friday 2nd May, 2008. Non-transferable tickets are available
from each participating winery on the day.
11. Bookings do not include reserved seating.
12. Group bookings will be allocated on a first in first served basis and only
confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
13. Coaches, buses and mini buses will be restricted to bus parking areas.
(In some cases these may be some distance from the wine/food area.
Please notify the organisers when booking if your group consists of elderly
or disabled passengers and every endeavour will be made to give you a
suitable itinerary).
14. No BYO alcohol, picnic hampers, or pets will be admitted.
15. The Lovedale Long Lunch participants actively promote the responsible
service of alcohol. If at any time anyone shows signs of intoxication, by law
they will be either refused entry, refused service or asked to leave. Persons
under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol.
16. The participating wineries reserve the right to change wines without notice
according to availability.
