Organising your own group?

The Lovedale Long Lunch Organising Committee does not actually arrange transport to the event. Rather, we co-ordinate your proposed itinerary in order to minimise queues at each venue and eliminate long delays. As such you are advised to contact a local bus company to arrange a coach, and then fill in the group booking form so we can confirm your timetable.

Attention Coach & Bus Drivers (More than 15 passengers)
Due to the limited space at each winery, all coaches and buses must
be pre-booked and pre-paid by Friday, 30th April, 2010.
Coaches without a booking will not be admitted.

Mini Buses & Others
If you wish to streamline your day and avoid queues, you are
requested to pre-purchase LLL glasses & meal tickets that can be used
at any participating winery.
