
The Lovedale Long Lunch Organising Committee does not actually arrange transport to the event. Rather, we co-ordinate your proposed itinerary in order to minimise queues at each venue and eliminate long delays. As such you are advised to contact a local bus company to arrange a coach.

This year a number of changes to the format of the Lovedale Long Lunch are taking place. Check out the link to "Changes for 2012" for more details.
Please note the cost of pre-booked packages is $80 per package. This includes two meal tickets, one dessert ticket, five tasting tokens and a redeemable voucher for your wine tasting goblet.
Groups of more than 20 people
When you book your group of 20 or more people, you will be sent an itinerary selection form, asking you to select which venues you wish to visit at which time. When this is completed and your schedule accepted by the organising committee, your Lovedale Long Lunch Packages and bus admission pass will be mailed out to you.
Due to the limited space at each winery, all coaches and buses must
be pre-booked and pre-paid by Monday 30th April, 2012.
The bus admission pass must be displayed in the bus or coach windscreen on the day.
Buses and coaches without an admission pass will not be admitted.
Please note that due to limited parking space, Gartelmann Hunter Estate can only accommodate coaches and buses up to 13.5 metres in length.

Mini-buses and groups less than 20 do not need a bus admission pass.
Group bookings for the 2012 Lovedale Long Lunch have now closed.
Groups of less than 20 do not need to book and can simply purchase their packages at the first venue they visit.
Note: Due to strict licensing restrictions, patrons arriving showing signs of intoxication may be refused entry to the event by the Police and Security Staff servicing the event.
